Operations Board
The aim of the Operations Board is to support the Chief
Executive in the operational management of the CC in order
to deliver
the CC
Corporate Plan. The Operations Board ensures
that the CC makes efficient and effective use of its resources,
and has policies and procedures in place which accord with
best practice.
The Operations Board’s functions include:
- budget setting and financial prioritisations;
- oversight of corporate services;
- business and corporate planning;
- business continuity planning;
- risk management;
- security, health and safety;
- HR policies; and
- information technology.
The Operations Board may take decisions in relation to certain
areas or, alternatively, may make a recommendation to the
Council, Chief Executive or Director of Corporate Services.
The Operations Board is chaired by the Chief Executive,
and includes the Director of Corporate Services, the four
Heads of Profession and three Inquiry Directors. |
