Price control appeals: references to the CC under section
193 Communications Act 2003
Introduction
This
section provides links to current references to the CC
under section 193 of the Communications Act
2003.
Under Part 2 of the Communications Act 2003,
Ofcom has powers in relation to electronic
communications. Decisions taken in the exercise of these
powers may be appealed on their merits to the CAT. If
such an appeal raises
a price
control matter specified in the rules of the CAT, that matter
must be referred to the CC for determination.
