Competition complaints
Who do I talk to if I have a complaint about an anti-competitive
practice, or think someone has too much power over a market?
First, check this listing
of current inquiries to see if it is a subject we
are currently investigating.
If it is covered by a current inquiry, send details of your
complaint to us by email to info@cc.gsi.gov.uk.or
in writing to

Why can't the Competition Commission investigate for me?
The Competition Commission has no power to initiate inquiries
or decide which ones to undertake. Our work is referred to
us by various authorities with responsibility under UK competition
law.
