Barbara Donoghue (appointed in 2005) is a banker with experience in raising capital, both debt and equity, in domestic and international markets. She is a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Eniro AB, the Stockholm-based publisher and a Member of the Broadcasting Policy Group. She has served as Chair of the Co Regulatory Design Group of Ofcom. She is a former Teaching Fellow in Strategic and International Management at the London Business School and Member of the Independent Television Commission. Previously she was Managing
Director at Hawkpoint Partners and NatWest Markets. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration, both from McGill University, Canada.
