Robin Finer

Robin Finer joined the CC in 2007. Previously, he was a Director in the Markets and Projects area of the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), where he led market studies and Competition Act 1998 investigations in the Infrastructure and Knowledge Economy group. Prior to this he worked as an economist on a wide range of OFT merger and antitrust investigations across many sectors, including a spell in the Chief Economist’s team. He has also worked in the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels where he dealt with antitrust matters in the food, drink, agricultural and pharmaceutical sectors.
