  Peter Freeman

 

 

Peter Freeman is a solicitor and a deputy chairman of the Competition Commission. Until September 2003, Peter was a partner and head of the EC and Competition Law Group of Simmons & Simmons and a leading UK competition law practitioner.

From 1994 to 1999 he was Managing Partner of the Commercial and Trade Law Department at Simmons & Simmons.

He is co-founder and Chairman of the Regulatory Policy Institute, and joint General Editor with Richard Whish of Butterworths’ Competition Law.
